Job summary

Providence Redwood Memorial Hospital is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist to join the Speech Pathology Unit. The 8-hour day shifts offer an opportunity to evaluate and treat patients in a hospital setting.

The Staff Speech-Language Therapist will perform evaluations, develop written treatment plans, and provide ongoing treatments aligned with rehabilitation goals and organizational standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• California Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop written treatment plans.

Speech Language Pathologist in Speech Pathology Unit at Redwood Memorial Hospital. Part time, 8‑hour day shifts.

Responsibilities

The Staff Speech-Language Therapist (ST) I is responsible for completing evaluations, developing written treatment plans, and providing on‑going treatments designed to improve the patient’s functional status in conjunction with overall treatment objectives. Meets all clinical, organizational and position requirements as defined in the Speech Therapy policies for Scope of Practice and Professional Standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• Master’s Degree in Speech Therapy from an accredited college or university.
• California Speech Language Pathologist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS – American Heart Association upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1 year experience in inpatient rehab, acute and/or outpatient settings.
