Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation in Illinois is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As an Enhance Rehabilitation Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients in a SNF setting, following an individualized plan of care established after evaluation.

You will administer standardized speech-language assessments, develop treatment plans, and monitor patient progress while communicating with patients, families, and the treatment team to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Requires SLP with appropriate credentials and licensure.
• Experience in SNF or geriatric settings preferred.
• Ability to administer standardized speech-language assessments and provide progress notes.
