Qualifications

• Requires NYS licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist and a professional degree from an accredited program.
• Must be able to document and communicate treatment plans clearly.
• Experience with rehabilitation in post-acute/lTC settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide rehabilitation per state licensure and best practice guidelines.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to restore and prevent loss of function.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to optimize care for residents.
