Job summary

Enhance Rehabilitation is seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care after an evaluation, in a SNF setting.

You will deliver patient-centered care with strong communication to patients, families and the treatment team, perform standardized assessments, swallowing evaluations, and develop and monitor treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Knowledge and skills to provide patient care in SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication with patients, families, and treatment team.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring progress.
