Job summary

Ampersand Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our school-based team in Pueblo, CO. You'll provide speech-language therapy under the supervision of a licensed SLP, helping K-12 students strengthen articulation, language and social communication skills.

The role supports flexible full- or part-time schedules with W-2 employment, liability insurance, benefits, and licensure reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Active Colorado SLPA license or eligibility.
• Colorado CDE authorization preferred.
• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in SLPA program or related field.
• Strong communication, organization and collaboration skills.
• School-based or pediatric experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide speech-language therapy services under the supervision of an SLP.
• Support K-12 students with articulation, language, fluency and social communication goals.
• Implement therapy plans and activities developed by the supervising SLP.
• Collect data and maintain therapy documentation and progress notes.

In this role, you'll support K-12 students by providing speech and language services under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist. You'll play a key role in helping students strengthen their communication skills and succeed in the classroom setting.
