Job summary

Benchmark Therapies, Inc. is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to support our therapy teams at Colonial Courtyard in Bedford, PA, and Homewood Living Spring House in Everett, PA.

This flexible role is ideal for an SLP who enjoys working with older adults and wants to add hours in a supportive senior living environment. Coverage may be available at either location depending on caseload and team needs, with no monthly minimum requirement.

Qualifications

• CCC-SLP certification preferred.
• Experience with older adults is helpful but not required.
• Dependable, collaborative, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete speech-language pathology evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Provide treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs.
• Help residents maintain or improve independence, safety and quality of life.
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other care team members.
• Provide resident and caregiver education as appropriate.
• Complete documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements.

Benchmark Therapies is looking for a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist to support our therapy teams at Colonial Courtyard in Bedford and Homewood Living Spring House in Everett.

This is a flexible opportunity for an SLP who enjoys working with older adults and is looking to pick up additional hours in a supportive senior living environment. Coverage may be available at either or both locations depending on caseload and team needs.

At Benchmark, we keep PRN genuinely flexible. There is no monthly minimum requirement, and we work with our PRN clinicians to find coverage opportunities that fit their availability.

What You’ll Do

• Complete speech-language pathology evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Provide treatment for communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs
• Help residents maintain or improve their independence, safety, and quality of life
• Collaborate with therapy, nursing, and other members of the care team
• Provide resident and caregiver education as appropriate
• Complete documentation in accordance with clinical and regulatory requirements

What We’re Looking For

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working with older adults is helpful, but not required
• Someone who is dependable, collaborative, and comfortable working independently
