Qualifications

You became a Speech‑Language Pathologist to help children find their voices, not to chase productivity numbers, juggle rigid schedules, or feel unsupported.

What You’ll Do

• Provide pediatric speech‑language therapy to children from birth through age 21
• Treat children with genetic, neurological, developmental, cognitive, and orthopedic conditions
• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
• Address speech, language, feeding, swallowing, and communication needs
• Educate and empower families to actively participate in therapy and carry over skills
• Collaborate with occupational therapy, physical therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams
• Maintain timely and accurate electronic documentation
• Participate in interdisciplinary care planning within a supportive team environment
