Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is hiring a Full-Time Speech Language Pathologist in West Hartford, CT. The role supports sub-acute/skilled nursing residents under mentorship from a CCC-SLP Regional Director.

You will provide comprehensive therapy, collaborate with rehab and nursing staff, and contribute to patient outcomes with strong documentation and flexible schedules.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrate ability to work with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a team.
• Hold an SLP license or be eligible to practice in CT.

Responsibilities

• Deliver speech therapy services to patients in a sub-acute setting.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to coordinate care plans and documentation.
• Maintain timely documentation and meet clinical deadlines.
