Preferred Therapy Solutions, LLC is seeking a part-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department in New Canaan, CT. 24 hours per week across 3–5 days with a focus on high-quality patient care.

You will work with rehab therapists and nursing staff, providing comprehensive therapy services and ensuring clear documentation. We offer supportive mentorship and a flexible schedule to balance work and life.

Qualifications

• Current SLP license or eligibility to practice in CT.
• Experience with electronic documentation systems.
• Strong computer skills with Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Ability to work in a sub-acute / skilled nursing setting.
• Excellent teamwork and communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive therapy services in a sub-acute setting.
