Preferred Therapy Solutions in West Hartford, CT, is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP, CCC) or CFY in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department. You will provide comprehensive therapy services and collaborate with a supportive team to help residents reach independence.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Collaborate with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment.
• Maintain CT licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with electronic documentation.
• Show attention to detail and timeliness in documentation.
• Be flexible with hours and work well in a team.
