Job summary

A respected healthcare provider in Montesano, WA, is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program.
• Current WA SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC‑SLP preferred, but CFs may be considered with supervision.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
• Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
