Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech‑Language Pathology program.
Current WA SLP license (or eligibility).
CCC‑SLP preferred, but CFs may be considered with supervision.
Responsibilities
Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive‑communication disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
Document patient progress using EMR systems.
Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
Educate patients, families, and staff on treatment goals and progress.
