Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a full-time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Hilltop, WV. You will evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders within a collaborative rehab team.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, document progress in EMR, and work with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• Current WV SLP license (or eligibility).
• CCC-SLP preferred, but CFs may be considered when supervision is available.
• Strong interpersonal and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, swallowing, and cognitive-communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, nurses, and physicians to deliver coordinated care.
