Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs) – Multiple West Virginia Locations

Relient Health is seeking licensed Speech-\u2011Language Pathologists (SLPs) for full-\u2011time, in-\u2011person opportunities within established rehabilitation departments across West Virginia. These are full-\u2011time, direct-hire, permanent placement SLP positions (not travel, not contract, not PRN).
Our openings include opportunities in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs), Assisted Living Facilities (ALFs), retirement communities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, pediatric settings, and home health, depending on the specific location.

- Additional West Virginia markets
Who Are These Opportunities Ideal For?
- Licensed and certified West Virginia Speech-\u2011Language Pathologists (SLPs)

- Clinical Fellows (CFs) starting or completing their CFY

Note: Facility requirements vary – some positions require ASHA CCC, while others accept strong CFs. CF supervision availability depends on the specific facility.
Compensation & Benefits
Competitive statewide SLP salary range: $34-42/hr (Compensation varies by market, setting, and experience.)

Clinical Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing treatment plans
- Provide skilled SLP services in a rehabilitation setting
- Complete standardized assessments and documentation in EMR systems
- Collaborate with SLPAs, rehab professionals, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary care teams
- Support patient progress toward improved communication, safety, and independence
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Speech-\u2011Language Pathology (SLP) Master’s program
- Active West Virginia SLP license, or eligibility/pending licensure
- Ability to work full-\u2011time in one of the listed West Virginia markets
- Authorized to work in the United States
