Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) Master’s program.
Active West Virginia SLP license or pending licensure.
Ability to work full-time in one of the listed West Virginia markets.
Authorized to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
Provide skilled SLP services in a rehabilitation setting.
Complete standardized assessments and documentation in EMR systems.
Collaborate with SLPAs and interdisciplinary care teams.
