Job summary

Concept Rehab in Cincinnati, OH seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our skilled nursing and post-acute care team. You will evaluate and treat adults and geriatric patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing issues after illness or hospitalization.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Active Ohio SLP license required.

  • Experience in skilled nursing/post-acute care or geriatric rehabilitation preferred.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and clinical decision-making skills.

  • Monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches to maximize outcomes.
  • Participate in interdisciplinary care planning, quality initiatives, and discharge planning.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation.
  • Support evidence-based clinical practice and patient-centered care.

Concept Rehab is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patients experiencing communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges following illness, injury, neurological conditions, or hospitalization.

What You'll Do
