Ellenco Estágios e Treinamentos is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a secondary setting (grades 6–12) in the Houston, TX area. The role focuses on supporting students with functional communication, social language, and transition skills across middle and high school campuses.

You'll provide comprehensive school-based services, collaborate with campus teams, ARD/IEP meetings, and supervise SLP-As.

We are seeking dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide comprehensive, school-based services in a secondary setting (grades 6–12) across the Houston, TX area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support students in developing functional communication, social language, and transition skills that carry beyond the classroom. You'll work alongside a collaborative campus team while managing a caseload that allows you to make a meaningful difference in students' academic and real-world success.

What You'll Do
  • Support Student Growth

Work Environment & Flexibility

We are currently hiring for multiple openings across middle and high school campuses, with placements thoughtfully matched based on your experience and preferences. These are campus-based roles, allowing you to build strong relationships and consistency within your school community.

Hybrid flexibility available. Enjoy one designated work-from-home day per week (Tuesday–Thursday), while maintaining on-campus collaboration Monday and Friday. This structure supports both team connection and work-life balance.
