Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist for the Houston area (Southwest). This full-time, on-site role serves middle and high school students across campuses, with ARD participation, evaluations, and progress monitoring.

Preference given to candidates who can start this upcoming school year and who are flexible geographically. The position requires TEXAS SLP licensure (and Florida licensure is noted), a strong interest in adolescent therapy, and the ability to manage

Qualifications

  • Valid and active Texas SLP licensure, as well as Florida SLP license.
  • Experience or strong interest in school-based therapy for adolescents.
  • Confidence managing a caseload of 50-60 students.
  • Ability to provide the full scope of SLP duties, including direct therapy, ARD meetings, evaluations, and progress monitoring.
  • Flexibility to work across assigned school locations, proximity to home ZIP code considered.
  • Completion of required district fingerprinting (may be waived if prints on file).
  • Willingness to participate in a brief prescreen interview as part of the selection process.
