Job summary

Princeton Staffing Solutions is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) for a school-based, in-person role in Port Charlotte, Florida. The contract is full-time (W2) with benefits, serving elementary students during the 2026-2027 school year.

Responsibilities include evaluations, direct therapy, IEP participation, and documentation. Travel stipends are available for qualified travelers, with compensation based on experience and credentials. Start ASAP after HR clearance.

Qualifications

• Active FL Licensure in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Familiarity with IEP processes and compliance documentation.

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Responsibilities

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and comprehensive assessments
• Complete Medicaid billing (if applicable)
• Maintain therapy schedules and service logs
• Participate as a related service provider in IEP meetings
• Develop measurable IEP goals aligned with student needs
• Provide direct therapy services (individual and group)
• Deliver services across speech, language, articulation, fluency, voice, and pragmatic communication
• Maintain compliance documentation and progress monitoring
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families
• Support AAC implementation and consultation when appropriate

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program.
• Active FL Department of Health License inSpeech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Previous school-based or similar environment experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience with IEP development and compliance documentation
