Job summary

ProCare Therapy seeks a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist for on-site work in a Longview, Washington school district.

The position is full-time (35 hours/week) for the 2026/2027 school year, serving elementary through high school with a mild-to-severe communication profile, and a compensation range of $45.00–$50.00 per hour based on experience. on-site assignment in Longview, WA.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active or pending Washington State SLP License through the DOH.
• Active or pending Washington State OSPI ESA License with SLP endorsement.
• Candidates must be fully licensed to be considered.

• - Support Core Needs: Implement specialized communication strategies, behavioral interventions, and assistive technology for diverse learning profiles.
• - Track Progress: Maintain meticulous data collection, manage progress reports, and document student growth under district guidelines.
• - Collaborate: Partner actively with special education teachers, paraprofessionals, administrators, and families to optimize learning environments.

Qualifications & Requirements

• - State Licensure: Active or pending Washington State SLP License through the Department of Health (DOH).
• - Education Credential: Active or pending Washington State OSPI ESA License with a Speech-Language Pathologist endorsement.
• - License Status: Candidates must be fully licensed to be considered for this position.
• - Education: Masters degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology.
