Job summary

ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team. This full-time, onsite role serves elementary students with a 37.5-hour week and a 5-day schedule.

You will provide evaluations, create IEP-aligned plans, document progress, and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative educational setting. Start date ASAP, end date November 30, 2027.

Qualifications

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist licensure required.
• Experience working with elementary-aged students preferred.
• Experience in school-based settings preferred.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide evaluations, assessments, and therapy for elementary students.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Maintain documentation and progress reports.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide services based on student and district needs.
• Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist.

Position Overview: ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team. This full-time, onsite position offers 37.5 hours per week and will serve elementary school students. The caseload size is currently to be determined based on district needs.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for elementary students

• Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
