Job summary

AB Staffing is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists to support students across multiple Phoenix-area schools for the 2026–2027 school year.

Position involves providing individual and group therapy, developing IEP-aligned treatment plans, and collaborating with teachers, parents and support teams in a school setting. Arizona licensure and ASHA CCCs are required or eligible, with priority for school-based experience.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Communication Disorders, or Audiology.
• ASHA CCCs.
• Arizona SLP License (or eligible).
• AZ Level One IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card.
• School-based experience preferred.
• Collaborative, student-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual & group therapy for students with speech/language needs.
• Develop treatment plans aligned with IEP goals.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents & support teams.
• Document progress to meet school/state guidelines.
• Support a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Schedule: Full-time | Follows school calendar.
