Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a contracted Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) to support K-12 students in Schenectady, NY for the 2026-2027 school year.

The position offers a 32.5-hour workweek with weekly pay and full medical/dental/vision/life insurance plus 401K options. Eligible candidates may receive housing and meals/incidentals. The posting remains open for 60 days from the posting date.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Active New York SLP license is required.
• DOE-certified TSSLD/TSHH certification is required or preferred.
• CCC in Speech-Language Pathology required or strongly preferred.
• Experience in school-based settings is valued.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-12 students.
• Manage a caseload of approximately 40-50 students in a school setting.
• Complete evaluations and develop IEP goals with documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Provide training or resources for staff and families.
• Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal requirements.
