Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year near Ballston Spa, NY. The contract is 32.5 hours per week serving a diverse caseload of approximately 40–50 students in a supportive school environment.

You will deliver direct therapy, perform assessments, and collaborate with teachers and families to support student outcomes under IEP guidance. The role includes state and federal compliance and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Current NY SLP license in good standing.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC).
• NYS TSHH or TSSLD – DOE certification required.
• Experience in a school setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to students as outlined in IEPs.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Document progress, prepare reports, and participate in IEP meetings.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to maximize outcomes.
