Job summary

Symbria is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join the Rehab Team at Whitney Place in Natick, MA. You will establish goals, design treatment plans, and implement clinical SLP programs to support older adults in our community.

Qualified candidates are graduates of an accredited SLP program, hold a valid state license, and can work flexible hours including weekends. Acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation experience is a plus.

  • Hold a valid state license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
  • Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Establish goals and creatively execute treatment plans.
  • Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
  • Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation.
  • Help patients achieve critical outcomes while partnering with the community you serve.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute treatment plans, develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs, maintain productivity standards, complete required documentation, and help patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists
  • Hold a valid state license
  • Ability to work flexible hours and weekends
  • Experience in acute care, long‑term care, and/or rehabilitation is a plus
