Job summary

Symbria's Rehab Team at Mennonite Memorial Home in Bluffton, OH is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to impact the lives of older adults. You will establish goals, execute treatment plans, and develop SLP programs as part of an interdisciplinary team.

Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends is required, and prior acute/long-term care experience is a plus. This is an employee-owned environment with opportunities for growth within geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Experience in acute care/long-term care/rehabilitation is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Establish goals and execute treatment plans for SLP patients.
• Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
• Maintain productivity and complete required documentation.
• Support patient outcomes and partner with the community served.

Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Mennonite Memorial Home in Blufton, OH is seeking its next PRN employee-owner team member. Weekday and weekend coverage needed!

Responsibilities

As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
