Symbria is looking for a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our Rehab Team in Fairborn, OH. An ideal candidate will have a passion for impacting the older adult population and maintain productivity standards as a trusted team member.

The role requires a flexible schedule and offers ownership through an Employee Stock Ownership Plan, in addition to providing patient-centered care for the geriatric population in various settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited program for Speech Language Pathology.
• Possess a current state license to practice.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Establish treatment goals and execute treatment plans creatively.
• Develop and implement clinical and educational SLP programs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete necessary documentation.

Overview

Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Trinity Community at Fairborn in Fairborn, OH is seeking its next PRN employee‑owner team member.

Responsibilities

As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications

• Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Ability to work flexible hours and weekends.
• It’s great to have had acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience but not always required!
