Job summary

Symbria's Rehab Team at Mother Theresa in Lemont, IL is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to join as a PRN clinician. You will establish goals, implement treatment plans, and develop SLP programs within an interdisciplinary team, while maintaining productivity and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
• Hold a valid state license.
• Experience in acute/long-term care or rehabilitation is preferred.
• Willing to work flexible hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), establish goals and execute treatment plans while developing clinical and educational SLP programs.
• Maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients achieve critical outcomes and be a trusted partner to the community served.
