Job summary

Symbria, Carlisle, PA, is seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist to join our Rehab Team for weekday coverage, with optional weekend availability. This employee-owned organization emphasizes patient-centered care in geriatric and post-acute settings.

As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will develop and implement SLP treatment plans, maintain documentation, and strive for quality outcomes while upholding standards in a supportive ESOP environment.

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
  • Must hold a valid state license.
  • Weekday availability required; weekend availability optional.
  • At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care or rehabilitation experience.
  • Nethealth experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Establish goals and implement treatment plans with SLP programs.
  • Work with interdisciplinary team, meet productivity standards, complete documentation.
  • Support patient outcomes and community care in geriatric settings.

Overview

Are you a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) with a desire to impact the lives of the older adult population? If so, our Rehab Team at Cumberland Crossing in Carlisle, PA is seeking its next employee‑owner team member.

This role is for WEEKDAY COVERAGE. You can be available weekends as well but must be available as well during weekdays. Consistent PRN also available!

Responsibilities

As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP), you will establish appropriate goals and creatively execute the treatment plans along with developing and implementing clinical and educational SLP programs. As a member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be required to maintain productivity standards and complete required documentation. More importantly, you will help your patients achieve critical outcomes while acting as a trusted partner to the community you serve.

Qualifications
  • Be a graduate of an accredited school for Speech Language Pathologists.
  • Hold a valid state license.
  • Ability to work flexible hours - must have weekday availability (can also be available weekends but weekdays are required for this role)
  • At least 1 year of acute care, long-term care and/or rehabilitation experience.
  • Nethealth experience a plus
