Neffsville Nursing and Rehab is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing facility in Lancaster, PA.

The Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for organizing and providing speech-language services to facilitate rehabilitation and improve residents' communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life.

  • PRN

Responsibilities
  • Provide quality speech-language therapy services in accordance with established standards of practice, therapy department procedures, and productivity standards

  • Evaluate residents and obtain data necessary for treatment planning and implementation

  • Develop individualized treatment plans that include target areas, short-term goals, and long-term goals

  • Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate

  • Instruct residents, families, and staff in appropriate speech-language procedures to support carryover of therapeutic techniques and goals into daily activities

  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided

Qualifications
  • Current Speech-Language Pathologist license

  • Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills

  • Commitment to providing high-quality, resident-centered care
