  • Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred or required as applicable.
  • BLS certification.
  • Excellent clinical judgment and communication skills with a resident-centered mindset.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language pathology services within scope of practice.
  • Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans for communication, cognition, and swallowing.
  • Implement interventions to support communication, cognition, swallowing safety, and functional independence.
  • Monitor progress and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary care team.
  • Document care accurately and maintain compliance with standards.

Location: Hanover Hall – Hanover, PA

Hanover Hall is seeking a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services at our skilled nursing facility in Hanover, PA. This flexible, as-needed role is ideal for a dedicated clinician who wants to make a meaningful impact while maintaining schedule flexibility.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Deliver evidence-based speech-language pathology services within your scope of practice
  • Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans based on individual communication, cognitive, and swallowing needs

  • Monitor resident progress and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary care team
