Job summary

Hanover Hall in Hanover, PA seeks a PRN Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. This flexible, as-needed role suits a clinician who values schedule flexibility and meaningful resident impact.

Responsibilities include evaluating residents, creating tailored treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based SLP interventions while collaborating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
• Master's degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred or required as applicable.
• BLS certification.
• Excellent clinical judgment and strong communication skills with a resident-centered approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based speech-language pathology services within scope of practice.
• Evaluate residents and develop personalized treatment plans for communication, cognition, and swallowing needs.
• Implement interventions to support communication, cognition, swallowing safety, and functional independence.
• Monitor progress and communicate updates with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Document care accurately and maintain regulatory compliance.
