We are a neuro-affirming pediatric therapy practice located in Buda, Texas (just a convenient 10-minute drive from SouthPark Meadows or 45/71 against traffic) seeking a dedicated long-term Contract (PRN) Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing team. Afternoon availability is a must for this role, offering flexible hours - work as much as you want while maintaining a consistent schedule for our clients.

What You'll Do:

• Provide engaging and neuro-affirming speech and language therapy services to pediatric clients (a healthy mix of neurotypes, but an emphasis on Autistic and/or ADHD).
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized, neurodiversity-affirming treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

You Are Someone Who:

• Holds a valid Texas SLP license (or is eligible).
• Has experience working with pediatric clients.
• Possesses a strong understanding of neurodivergence, particularly Autism and ADHD.
• Is deeply committed to the neurodiversity paradigm and anti-ABA/behaviorist principles.
• Is LGBTQ+ affirming and actively anti-racist in their clinical practice.
• Values collaboration, empathy, and respect.
• Is self-motivated, organized, and reliable.
• Is passionate about empowering neurodivergent individuals.
