Job summary

MedCare Pediatric is seeking a Home Health Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to evaluate and treat children in their homes, focusing on speech, language, feeding and swallowing.

Texas licensure or eligibility is required, pediatric experience preferred, bilingual Spanish is a plus, and you will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team, educate families, and enjoy flexible scheduling and a sign-on bonus for full‑time caseloads.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program
• Texas licensure or eligibility to practice SLP in Texas
• One year of pediatric experience preferred
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Experience supervising assistants is preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on each child’s needs
• Provide speech therapy addressing communication, articulation, language development, feeding and swallowing
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
• Educate families and caregivers on carryover strategies for home use
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team for coordinated care
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications:
