Job summary

Therapy Source, Inc. is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person services for public elementary and middle school students in New Jersey.

The role starts ASAP for the current school year, offering a competitive hourly rate of $70–$75 and roughly 8:00 AM–3:30 PM, Monday through Friday, with 2–5 days possible. Applicants must hold a New Jersey School Certification, provide proof of liability insurance or willingness to obtain it, and obtain required clearances.

Qualifications

• School Certification in New Jersey required.
• Possession of up-to-date professional liability insurance or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to obtain current clearances as required by district/school policy.

Responsibilities

• Address personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals.
• Provide push-in support in classrooms.
• Perform evaluations and develop appropriate goals for students who require speech/language therapy.
• Provide continued support for students’ IEPs and maintain records and documentation.
• Develop and implement IEPs and complete related work and reporting as required.
