Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a Part-Time Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide skilled services in Ashland, MO. Join a therapist-owned organization with flexible scheduling and strong interdisciplinary collaboration.

You will evaluate, treat, and monitor patients, while maintaining documentation and collaborating with the care team. Missouri licensure and CCC-SLP are preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Current Missouri SLP license or eligibility is required.
• ASHA CCC-SLP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication and swallowing needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services and monitor progress.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, families and care team.
• Complete timely clinical documentation and participate in care conferences.

What You'll Do

As an SLP, you will:

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals
• Provide skilled speech therapy services
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and other members of the care team
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentationParticipate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings
• Provide education to patients, families, and facility staff when appropriate
