Job summary

Concept Rehab is seeking a compassionate Speech Language Pathologist to join our therapy team in Ashland, Missouri for a flexible part-time role. You will evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide skilled therapy.

This therapist-owned, interdisciplinary team emphasizes autonomy, ongoing CEUs, and meaningful relationships with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Current Missouri SLP license or eligibility.
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP).

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients with speech, language, cognitive-communication, and swallowing needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals.
• Provide skilled speech therapy services.
• Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and other members of the care team.
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation; participate in care conferences and interdisciplinary team meetings.
• Provide education to patients, families, and facility staff when appropriate.

What You'll Do
