Preferred Therapy Solutions in Utica, NY is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC) to join our sub-acute rehab team. You will deliver comprehensive therapy in a skilled nursing facility and collaborate with therapists to optimize patient outcomes.

This role offers a $2,500 sign-on bonus, a 24-hour per week schedule, flexible PTO, and strong support from an education department and management team focused on work–life balance and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive therapy in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team environment
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist license or be license eligible to practice in NY
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Must have CCC's.

The facility has an award winning rehabilitation team and an experienced rehab director who work well with his team to offer accommodating and convenient hours for his therapists. This is a fast paced facility that offer both short term rehabilitation and long term care caseloads. We are searching for a team oriented therapists who can add to our ability to provide the best care for our patients and residents. SNF experience and solid documentation skills encouraged.

Requirements

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist, (ST / SLP), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation
• Work well with others in a team setting
• Must have CCC's.
