Preferred Therapy Solutions is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (CCC) for a full-time role in Utica, NY. The position is in a sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department with a 30-hour work week and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The role requires CCCs and active licensure; the team emphasizes collaboration, documentation accuracy, and a patient-centered care approach in a fast-paced SNF setting.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.
• Work collaboratively with other rehab therapists and nursing staff in a supportive team-working environment.
• Possess a current Speech Language Pathologist, (ST/SLP), license or be license eligible to practice in the state employed.
• Demonstrate strong computer skills with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and have experience with electronic documentation.
• Demonstrate good attention to detail and timeliness with documentation.
• Work well with others in a team setting.
• Must have CCC's.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive and compassionate therapy services in a sub-acute/skilled nursing facility setting.

$5000.00 Sign-on! A Full-Time (30 hours) Speech Language Pathologist, (SLP,CCC), position is now available in our sub-acute/skilled nursing rehab department located in Utica, NY. Must have CCC's. 5k sign-on bonus. The Pines at Utica is conveniently located near downtown Utica. The facility has an award winning rehabilitation team and an experienced rehab director who work well with his team to offer accommodating and convenient hours for his therapists. This is a fast paced facility that offer both short term rehabilitation and long term care caseloads. We are searching for a team oriented therapists who can add to our ability to provide the best care for our patients and residents. SNF experience and solid documentation skills encouraged.
