Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans to restore communication and swallowing.
  • Support patients through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a valued SLP on our team, you will:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, cognitive, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders (dysphagia)
  • Develop personalized, goal-driven treatment plans that restore communication and swallowing abilities
  • Support patients in regaining confidence through evidence-based therapy and compassionate care
  • Teach communication strategies including speech exercises, voice improvement, and alternative communication methods
  • Educate patients and families on safe swallowing techniques and communication strategies
  • Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
  • Complete a minimum of 15 visits per week, with flexibility to build a schedule that works for you

1 year of rehab experience preferred

Physical Demands

Must be able to stand, walk, sit, climb, crawl, squat, or kneel for extended periods.

Must be able to lift, carry, pull, or push up to 100 lbs..
