Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services, in North Carolina, seeks a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team. This full-time position offers in-house therapy and collaborative support from local management to tailor treatment plans for patients and families.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited therapy program, licensed in the state, with 1 year of rehab SNF experience preferred. Note: this is not a CFY position; applications welcomed for experienced SLPs.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working.
• 1 year rehab SNF experience preferred.
• This is not a CFY position.

Responsibilities

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements:

EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.

CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.

EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
