Job summary

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services in Whiteville, North Carolina seeks an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a multidisciplinary rehab team delivering patient‑centered care.

You will develop individualized treatment plans, work with patients and families, and provide in-house therapy with local management support across a range of diseases and impairments.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed in North Carolina.
• Graduate of an accredited therapy program.
• SNF rehab experience preferred.
• CFY candidates are not eligible.

SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGIST (SLP)

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements:

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
• ****This is not a CFY position.****
