Job summary

Liberty Health Blowing Rock, NC is seeking a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehab team. You will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with communication and swallowing disorders within a multidisciplinary setting.

You will develop individualized plans, work with families, and coordinate care with management to support progressive treatment modalities in a SNF environment. Licensure in North Carolina required; CFY not offered.

Qualifications

• Education: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• Certificate / License: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• Experience: 1 year preferred; rehab SNF experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure a rewarding rehab experience with individualized treatment plans.
• Provide in-house therapy with local management support in a progressive rehab setting.

Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Job Requirements

• EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.
• CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. Must have 3 C's.
• EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred. 1 year experience preferred.
