Job summary

Liberty Health in Clinton, NC is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our rehab team. You will work with a multidisciplinary group to deliver compassionate, individualized therapy and address a range of diseases and impairments.

Responsibilities include collaborating with staff to create progressive treatment plans and providing in-house therapy with local management support in a supportive environment. Licensure in NC is required and SNF experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous rehab SNF experience preferred.

PHYSICAL THERAPIST

Work with a multidisciplinary team to insure a wonderful rehab experience for patients and their families by being responsive and individualizing treatment plans. Be able to work in a supportive rehab environment with progressive treatment modalities to address a variety of diseases and impairments. In-house therapy with local management support.

Requirements:

EDUCATION: Must be a graduate of an accredited Therapy program.

CERTIFICATE / LICENSE: Must be licensed in the state of the SNF you will be working. EXPERIENCE: Previous rehab SNF experience is preferred.
