ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist to provide services in a dynamic elementary school setting. This contract opportunity supports communication and learning for young learners, with collaborative teamwork and a variety of caseloads.

Candidates will hold a Master's in SLP, state licensure or eligibility, and ideally CCC-SLP. The position offers 37.5 hours weekly through the school year, with ongoing professional development and a supportive school community.

Qualifications

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
  • Active SLP state licensure or eligibility before start date.
  • ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
  • Experience with elementary students in a school setting.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organization skills.
  • Ability to adapt strategies for diverse learners.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy to elementary students.
  • Assess, diagnose, and develop IEPs according to student needs.
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services and student progress.
  • Offer consultation, resources, and support for teachers and parents regarding student communication needs.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
