Job summary

Soliant Health is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for a 2026–2027 school-year contract near Columbia, SC. This onsite opportunity offers a 35-hour work week delivering comprehensive speech and language services to students.

The ideal candidate holds a Master's in SLP, SC licensure or eligibility, and CCC certification. Experience in schools and strong collaboration and documentation skills are preferred to support IEP goals.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
• Valid SLP license for South Carolina or eligibility for state licensure.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) required.
• Prior experience delivering SLP services in a school-based setting preferred.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide direct therapy to students with varied speech and language needs
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to support student learning and participation in the classroom
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the special education process
• Implement evidence-based therapy practices and tailor interventions to meet each student's unique needs
