• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork abilities
• Passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and needs

What Youll Be Doing:

• Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, or communication delays and disorders
• Develop effective, measurable treatment goals and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with teaching staff, special education teams, and families to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and provide timely progress updates
• Adapt therapy approaches according to student response and ongoing evaluations
