Job summary

Fort Stockton ISD is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to provide essential services for students with speech, voice, or language disorders. You will assess, diagnose, and treat students, coordinating interventions to maximize educational benefit.

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid Texas license as a speech-language pathologist or TEA certificate for speech therapy

Responsibilities

  • Conduct independent evaluations and provide individual/group therapy aligned with IEP goals.
  • Develop clinical management strategies and diagnostic statements.
  • Participate in ARD committee discussions and place students appropriately.
  • Collaborate with teachers/parents to support communication goals and remediation efforts.
