A contract opportunity awaits for a talented Speech-Language Pathologist in the vicinity of Fort Worth, Watauga, and neighboring communities for the upcoming school year. This onsite position calls for a dedicated professional with the SLP-CCC credential, eager to make a positive impact on students from August 11th, 2026, through May 25th, 2027. You'll work full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8 am to approximately 4:30 pm, supporting a diverse caseload in a collaborative educational environment.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Active Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC)
• Valid state license to practice as an SLP (or eligibility)
• Prior experience in a school-based setting strongly preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
• Capacity to supervise Speech Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
• Commitment to fostering students’ academic and communicative growth

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to a caseload of 54 direct and 14 consult students
• Design and implement evidence-based individual and group therapy sessions aligned with students’ IEP goals
• Assess student progress and determine readiness for discharge from services
• Maintain accurate therapy records and participate in IEP meetings
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and support to SLPAs within the department
