BAYADA Home Health Care - Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Per Diem

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem home health opportunity in Greensboro, North Carolina.

Office Service Area: Adult and geriatric patients in homes across Rockingham County.

Requirements: Home health experience is mandatory. Availability for 2-3 days per week for PRN is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct home visits within designated areas.
2. Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing issues.
3. Develop and update treatment plans based on evaluations and physician's orders.
4. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
5. Educate patients and families on rehabilitative care and safety activities.
6. Document patient care accurately using electronic devices.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina Speech Language Pathologist license.
• Certificate of clinical competence from the American Speech and Hearing Association or equivalent qualifications.
• Experience with electronic medical records preferred.
