BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking an experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a per diem position performing home health visits in Fayetteville, NC. This role involves providing services to adult and geriatric patients across Harnett County. Prior home care experience is a plus but not required.

As an SLP in home care, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team providing rehabilitative and skilled nursing care to help clients remain at home.

Responsibilities:

1. Make home visits to clients in designated areas.
2. Perform evaluations to diagnose and treat speech, language, communication, or swallowing issues.
3. Develop and revise treatment plans based on evaluations and physician’s orders.
4. Collaborate with the care team and educate patients and families.
5. Document all observations and interventions accurately using electronic records.

Qualifications:

• Current North Carolina SLP license.
• ASHA certification or equivalent educational and work experience, with eligibility to take the certification exam.
• Strong computer skills; experience with EMR systems preferred.
